Angela Marie Owen, age 28, was born April 11, 1983, in Seward, Nebraska and went to her Heavenly home on March 24, 2012, while surrounded by her loved ones. Angela grew up in Lincoln and graduated from Lincoln High School in 2004. One of Angela's greatest joys was music. She was the picture of complete, untainted, innocent joy and her inner beauty and loving spirit made a huge impact on anyone she met. Angela is survived by her mother and step-father, Carol and Clark Bednar of Raymond, NE; her father Steven Owen and fiancé Diane Blazek of Raymond, NE; sister, Cathi and husband Matthew Cotton of Lincoln, NE; grandmothers: Lucille Trousil of Valparaiso, NE and Joyce Owen of Lincoln, NE; three step-sisters: Stephanie McKinney and family, Lindi Barnett and family, Shanna Leming and family; aunt Kim and uncle Mike Phillips; honorary auntie Elaine Streily; special care giver, Jenny Neuman; and numerous cousins, family, neighbors and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: John Trousil and Carl Owen; also, her aunt Diane and uncle Tom Kissinger. Visitation: Wednesday, March 28, 2012, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with family present 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Zabka Funeral Home, Seward, NE. Services: Rosary at 10:00 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Assumption Catholic Church, Dwight, NE. Graveside Services and Interment: Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Dwight, NE.
