Anita Irene Fritz Tomlin was born April 11, 1972 in Long Beach, California to Roger J. and Henrietta "Ann" (Adcock) Fritz and passed away at her home in rural Staplehurst, Nebraska on May 2, 2011 at the age of 39 years, 21 days. Anita was baptized on August 24, 1975 and confirmed on March 23, 1986, both at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Anita was a 1990 graduate of Seward High School. She was an associate with Wal-Mart in Seward, Nebraska serving as a greeter/cashier. She began her employment in April of 2007. Anita was united in marriage to Terry Lee Tomlin in February of 2010 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Anita is preceded in death by her mother, Henrietta "Ann" Fritz; her grandfather, Ernst J. Fritz and her brother, Marty Johnson. Anitas survivors include her husband, Terry Tomlin of Lincoln; her sons, Timmy Fritz of Missouri Valley, IA and Jerry Fritz of Ruskin, NE; her father and step-mother, Roger and Gerri Fritz of Missouri Valley, IA; brothers and sisters-in-law and their families, Michael and Tammy Fritz and their daughter Sophia of Ruskin, John and Avie Fritz and their children, Paige and Riley of Midland, TX; sisters and brother-in-law, Barbara Christensen and her daughter Amber of Gillette, WY, Audrey and Tom House and their sons, Caleb and Nate of Hooker, OK; grandmother, Dorothea C. Fritz of Seward; grandfather, Mike Brochmann of Las Vegas, NV; nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; cousins and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of life shared with Anita. |
