They also lived in Dunning, Kearney, South of Dunning, Halsey, Wichita, KS, De Witt, NE and from 1965 until her death in Lincoln, NE.

Marvin and Ardeth had seven grandsons and loved to attend anything they were doing. She bragged on all of her grandchildren and was very proud of their accomplishments. She was privileged to have many close friends and many of her happiest times were spent with them. Each one was special and shared different stages of her life. Ardeth loved to travel, and she and Marvin were able to take many trips together that she always treasured.

She sang with the Lancaster County Chorus for over 30 years, was a member of Rebekah Lodge #150 and for many years Uni #239 and Vesper Lodge. She also belonged to the Glamorous Gals Red Hat group.
