Arnold James Vachal, 85, of Lincoln, passed away on November 26, 2022, surrounded by loved ones. Arnold grew up in Ulysses, Nebraska. After retirement from Goodyear, Arnold enjoyed working on John Deere tractors, gardening and traveling with his wife to Texas and Florida during the winter months. Arnold is survived by his wife, Janice; brother, Dale Vachal; daughter, Linda (Steve) Schlegel; son, Jim Vachal; grandkids, Lyndsey Schlegel, Kara (Riley) Martinez, Austin Vachal; great-grandkids, Eli and Ella Martinez. Special thank you to AseraCare hospice nurses. Per Arnold's wishes there will be no funeral.
