Benjamin Keith Miller was born in Columbus, Nebraska on December 2, 1981, and passed away on August 10, 2012, in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 30 years, 8 months and 8 days. Ben was raised in Seward, the son of Keith and Cathy (Ficken) Miller. He received his education in Seward. He worked at Walker's for awhile and then various other jobs in the Seward community. While in school Ben had a passion for riding bulls. He started in the youth division and worked his way into the pre pro division. Ben moved to Lincoln where he worked at McDonald's in the Havelock area and also did tattooing. His friends called him "Beng the tat man". He enjoyed listening to rap music and he did a little rapping himself. Ben loved his children and family very much. He loved fishing with his son Cooper, he also enjoyed cooking, drawing and his art work. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was a loyal friend. Ben is survived by his children; Cooper and Ryleigh Miller of Lincoln, NE; parents, Keith and Cathy Miller of Seward, NE; brothers, Matthew and Adam Miller of Seward, NE; aunt and uncle, John and Cheryl Vogt of Houston, TX; great aunts and uncles; Esther Beckman of Seward, NE; Dorothy Beekley of Dorchester, NE; Mary Ann and Lloyd Reiss of Crete, NE; Kenneth and Marge Friedich of Omaha, NE; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Darleen Ficken (Seward), Raymond and Helen Miller (Crete).
