Beverly C. (Rolenc) Kotil was born near Ulysses, Nebraska on March 28, 1953 to Clement Frank and Evelyn Mae (Lewis) Rolenc and passed away in Seward, Nebraska on May 29, 2007 at the age of 54 years, 2 months, 1 day. Bev attended Richie Grade School and Aquinas High School and was a 1971 graduate of Centennial High School. On October 6, 1973, she was united in marriage to Danny Lee Kotil at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church in Seward. Their marriage was blessed with two sons, Zeb and Drew. Bev and Dan lived all of their married life near Staplehurst. Bev was employed at Tenneco for many years and most recently was the manager at Fast Mart in Seward for 5 years. She was an active member of the Staplehurst Women's Club. Bev was preceded in death by her parents, Clement and Evelyn Rolenc and three sisters, Mercedes Potrzeba, Teri Towey and Mary Lou Peacock. Bev is survived by her husband, Dan Kotil of Staplehurst; her sons and daughter-in-law, Zeb Kotil of Seward and Drew and Carrie Kotil of Lincoln; her grandson, Carson Kotil; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ron and Judy Rolenc of Red Oak, IA, Dick and Marlene Rolenc of Ulysses, Bob and Connie Rolenc of Lincoln; her sister, Sharon Cole of Minneapolis, MN; brothers-in-law, Vernon Potrzeba of Ord, Tom Towey of Omaha and Don Peacock of Fort Worth, TX; parents-in-law, Curly and JoAnne Kotil of Kearney and Shirley Kotil of York; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Doug and Vikki Kotil of Seward; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Annie and Craig Adamek of Seward, Karla and Dean Senff of Hampton; nieces and nephews and a large group of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of life shared with Bev. |
