Braden Lewis Ewbank was born on July 10, 1989, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Ed and Barbara (Kouma) Ewbank and passed away on June 22, 2024, in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 34 years, 11 months and 14 days.
Braden grew up in Bee and attended Bee Public School and St. Mary's Catholic School. He graduated from Aquinas Catholic School with the Class of 2008. Braden was employed at Benes Service for four years in the maintenance department before working for Bestorq in Lincoln for 14 years. He was very dedicated to his job.
Braden loved his cats and enjoyed playing his guitar, Xbox and going fishing. He found great joy in drawing, barbecuing and smoking meat, lighting fireworks and he especially enjoyed the Fourth of July and Halloween. Braden was always willing to help. He was very kind-hearted, sweet, tender, caring, funny, and was known for having the best sense of humor. Braden loved his nieces and nephew, especially playing football with them. He prided himself as the "funcle" of the family.
Braden is preceded in death by his infant brother, Logan Ewbank; grandparents, Lewis and Martha Ewbank, Lyla Kouma; aunt and uncle, Lewis and Anne Ewbank.
Survivors cherishing his memory include his parents, Ed and Barbara Ewbank, Bee; siblings, Wendy (Jefry) Wulf, Lincoln, Ethan (Alexa) Ewbank, Lincoln; nieces and nephew, Aaron Wulf, Logan Wulf, Piper Wulf, Charli Ewbank; grandpa, Daniel J. Kouma, Seward; grandma, Yvonne Ewbank, Midway, GA; aunts and uncles, Steve and Jenny Dentinger, Peoria, IL, Becky and Thomas Odell, Bee, Danny and Jody Kouma, Seward, Theresa and Glenn Hain, Seward, Vicki and Burt Lintt, Little Rock, AR, Tommy Kouma, Seward; best friend, Justin (Sam) Fiala; numerous cousins and friends.
