Cindy Lou "CiCi" Tapee was born on July 13, 1961, in Tachikawa, Japan to George and Michi (Hirai) Jackson and passed away on October 13, 2024, in Seward, Nebraska surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 63 years and 3 months.

Cindy grew up in a military family and lived in numerous places. Her family settled in Ingleside, Texas where she attended Ingleside High School, graduating with the class of 1979. She then attended Southeast Community College in Beatrice where she studied to be a social worker. Cindy touched the hearts of many families during her time as a social worker and worked for numerous facilities. She met her significant other, Ron Bierbaum, in 2011 and together they moved to Milford before ending up in Seward.

Cindy enjoyed going to baseball games, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren. She went out of her way to help others, and her job connected her with many people who became her friend. Cindy loved going to Corpus Christi, TX to visit family and go to the beach. She loved traveling and seeing new things.

She is preceded in death by her father, George Jackson "Granddad."

Survivors cherishing her memory include her mother, Michi "Memaw" Jackson; sisters, Michelle Minshew, K. Kaye Jackson Galla; significant other, Ron Bierbaum; children and spouses, Pete "Punkin" and wife, Christina Moreno, Paige Moreno and Jermaine Walton; grandchildren, Destanie, Averie, Jorden, Kendal, Kenji; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, Cindy's wishes were for donations to be made towards a memorial fund for her grandchildren.
