Clifford Radford was born on July 13, 1936, on a farm near Staplehurst, NE; he was the sixth child of twelve born to Orville and Clara (Klepper) Radford and passed away on March 11, 2013, in Seward at the age of 76 years, 7 months and 26 days. On May 7, 1963, Cliff was united in marriage to Donna Cermak at St. Francis (Center) Parish near David City. This union was blessed by their four children, Jeff, Gina, Jody and Julie. In 1961, Cliff began working at Berger Auto Parts in Seward. He became co-owner in 1975 and continued until he retired in 2007 due to declining health. Cliff was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and a 25 year member of the Knights of Columbus. Cliff is survived by his wife, Donna of Seward, four children, Jeff (Sheri) Radford of Seward; Gina (Joel) Germer of Seward; Jody (Mark) Navratil of Lincoln; and Julie (Todd) Hartman of Seward, 10 grandchildren, Jordan, Jayden and Jaycie Germer, Drew, Dylan, Mackenzy and Mitchell Navratil, Jared, Michael and Grant Hartman, brothers and sisters, Charles (Vera) Radford, Harold (Lola) Radford all of Seward, Darlene Shook, Elaine (Dale) Anderson all of Milford, LeRoy (Pam) Radford of Garland, Verna (Glen) Neujahr of Utica, Irene Houdersheldt of York, Weldon (Trudy) Radford of Burlington, CO; Evelyn (Bill) Reynolds of Quitman, AR; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Marian Radford of Lincoln, Marty Jacobs of Bellwood, Lee (Debbie) Cermak of Greenville, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents; parents-in-law, George and Lauretta Cermak; brother Leland Radford; sister, Viola Jacobs; brothers-in-law, Richard Cermak, Delmar Cermak, Fred Shook and Homer Houdersheldt.
