Cynthia Mae (Clark) Edwards was born August 20, 1951 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Richard Ernest and Valerie Mae (Snyder) Clark and passed away on June 22, 2008 in Hoyt, Kansas at the age of 56 years 10 months and 2 days. Cindy attended the Bennet/ Palmyra School District. In August of 1986, Cindy was united in marriage to John Earl "Deacon" Edwards. Cindy worked at Henningsen Foods of David City as well as, Crestview Nursing Home in Milford. Preceding her in death was her mother, Valerie William s and her step-father, Harry Williams. Cindy is survived by her husband, "Deacon" John Edwards of Ulysses; sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Jocelyn Turner of Hoyt, KS, George Turner of Eugene, Oregon, John and Jessica Edwards of York, John "Jade", Jr. and Carrie Edwards, of Garden City, MO, Ben and Cari Edwards of Lawrence, KS; daughters and sons-in-law, Valerie and Jason Dillion of Seward, Sonya Conneley of North Platte, Sally and Shawn Rosenberg of St. Johns, KS; grandchildren, McKale Turner, Magdalene Mae Turner, Andrew, Angela and Eric Turner, Michelle Nelson, Hallie Edwards; great grandchild, Hayden Williams; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dick and Cathy Clark of Phillips, Paul and Patti Clark of Lincoln, James and Shelly Williams of Lincoln; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ernestine Barrett of Lincoln, Janice and David Decker of Ulysses, Cecelia "CeCe" Coulter of Lincoln, Pauline Watts of Florida, Jean Reed and Todd Adams of Lincoln, Nanette and Steve Williams of Lincoln; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
