Danny R. Buresh's Obituary
Danny Ray Buresh was born on July 30, 1959, in Seward to Anton and Lillian (Novak) Buresh and passed away on August 28, 2016, surrounded by his family at the age of 57 years and 29 days. Dan grew up in Bee and graduated from East Butler High School with the class of 1977.
On June 7, 1985, Dan married Kristi Sue Nichelson in Seward and they had four children. Dan loved life. He loved to work and loved his family. He enjoyed playing basketball in high school and that continued throughout his life, until a few months ago. He also enjoyed hunting, especially deer and antelope. Dan was a hard worker. He loved farming and he also owned Buresh Detasseling and Dan's Auto Body. He was a true family man. He thought the world of his wife, children and grandchildren.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Helen Policky.
Survivors include his wife Kristi of Ulysses, children Dana Watkins and husband Daniel of Kansas City, MO; Stacy Buresh and wife Aimee, Tyson Buresh and wife Lindsey and Amber Buresh all of Ulysses, two grandchildren Quinn and Aspen Watkins, five sisters and two brothers.
