David Dean Hudson was born August 21, 2000 in Lincoln, Nebraska to William David Hudson and Melissa Ann Cook and passed away on March 20, 2013 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 12 years, 6 months, and 27 days. David was in the 6th grade at Seward Middle School. David was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Vern Hartshorn, Carroll and Norma Hudson, Gracie Cook, and LeRoy Ihde. Survivors include his father and mom, Bill Hudson and Dionna Schmidt, Seward; his sisters, Lillian and Abigail, his brother, Kaden Cook; his mother and fiancé, Melissa Cook and Jim Almond, Lincoln; his grandparents, Dave and Linda Hudson, Seward, Donna Schmidt, Yankton, South Dakota, Rick Cook, Lincoln and Bessie Viles, Des Moines, Iowa; his great grandparents, Erma Hartshorn, Lincoln, Charlotte Hudson, Lincoln and Charlene Kube, Crofton; his aunts and uncles, Michelle and Todd Bundy, Lincoln, Brett and Haley Schmidt, Crofton, Ryan and Jennifer Schmidt, Rock Springs, Wyoming, Jason and Ashley Cook, Lincoln, and Teresa and Jeremy Smallwood, Grayling, Michigan; cousins, Rori, Logan, Reece, Dustin, Joshua, and Kendra; his special caregiver and family friends, Janna and Tim Ainsworth, Seward; other relatives and many friends from Seward Middle School.
