Delores Lucille (Kovar) Glasscock was born on June 28, 1931 in Seward, Nebraska, one of seven children born to Anton and Mary (Rezac) Kovar and passed away June 3, 2013 at the age of 81 years, 11 months, 6 days. Delores attended Lehey School and graduated from Seward High School in 1948. She began working at the Elgin Watch factory in Lincoln, Nebraska. Delores married Dean Glasscock in Pipestone, Minnesota on January 21, 1956. They had three children, Debbie, Doug, and Rick. After staying at home with their three small children, she began working at Cargill Seeds in June, 1966 until retiring in April, 1988. Delores is survived by her daughter Debbie Frank of Seward and son Rick Glasscock of Minneapolis, MN; her two sisters, Dorothy Frickel and Lorrene Kovar, both of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Bobbi (Ryon) Blath of Pilger, NE, Alicia McVey of Lincoln, NE, Brandy (Steve Howell) Glasscock of Lincoln, NE, Gil Frank of Seward, NE, and Charlie Glasscock of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by five great-children; Matt, Dhusty, and Dylon Blath of Pilger, NE, Taylor McVey and Hanna Howell, both of Lincoln, NE. She is preceded in death by her husband Dean and her son Doug, her parents, her brothers Ted, Leo, and Anton Jr., and sister Joyce Kovar; her brother-in-law Jake Frickel, and son-in-law Doug Frank.
