Diane Elizabeth (Young) Troyer was born on October 7, 1952, in Pender, Nebraska to Stanley and Darlene (Climer) Young and entered her heavenly home on August 14, 2023, in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 70 years, 10 months and 7 days.

Diane was baptized as an infant at United Presbyterian Church and later as an adult on August 24, 1975. Diane grew up in Pender and graduated from Pender High School with the Class of 1970. Following high school, she attended Wayne State College and graduated with an associate degree in 1972. She was employed as the secretary for Dean Pierson Insurance Agency in Wayne and later was a secretary for Continental Western Insurance Company in Lincoln.

Diane loved to study God's word and share her musical talents from youth to adulthood. She also found great joy in cooking and gardening. Diane enjoyed writing as well as doing needlework and crafts.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Claude and Francis Climer, Theodore and Mabel Young.

Survivors cherishing her memory include her loved and cherished children, Camille (Scott) Wanetka and their children,  Ben, Jake and Nicholas of Milford, Ben Troyer and his children, Connor, Keenan and Kyla of Milford, Cati (Josh) Harmoney and their children, Lillian and Ruby of Seward, Trenton (Allissa) Troyer and their son, Blake of Milford; siblings, Douglas and Faye Young of Omaha, Alan and Betty Young of Kearney, Sharon and Robert Schanou of Shelton, Steven and Karen Young of Rawlings, WY, Barbara and James Novak of Overland Park, KS; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
