Dorothy May Rohlfs was born August 1, 1927 in Edgar, Nebraska to Owen Elbert and Bessie Marie (Nelson) Bean and passed away in Milford, Nebraska on September 7, 2012 at the age of 85 years, 1 month, 6 days. Dorothy attended school in Central City, Nebraska and graduated from Seward High School with the Class of 1945. She married Dearld Holloway and their union was blessed with three children. Linda, Gary and Cindy. Dorothy was a wife, mother, and homemaker. On May 27, 1961, Dorothy was united in marriage to Donald Edward Rohlfs and he passed away in 2007. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Bessie Bean and her husbands, Dearld Holloway and Donald Rohlfs; two grandchildren ; her sister, Mildred Rublee and her brother, Elmer Bean. Dorothy is survived by her children and their spouses, Linda Watson of Seward, Gary and Linda Holloway of Milford and Cindy and Jack Holland of Alvo; her sisters, Betty Briggs of Seward and June Plessel of Milford; her brother, Arthur Bean of Surprize, AZ; other relatives and friends.
