Obituary

Frances Nadine Durre was born on August 19, 1925, in Chambers, NE, to Edward and Maude Marie (Pierce) Beed and passed away on January 10, 2019, in Seward at the age of 93 years.

Frances grew up in Chambers on the family farm. On June 17, 1947, Frances married Henry W. Durre in O'Neill, NE. She was a homemaker and mother to their five children. Frances and family attended the United Methodist Church in Chambers.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Maude Beed; husband, Henry Durre; granddaughter, Stasha Rowse; sister, Mary Jean Hoerle; and an infant brother.

Frances is survived by her five children, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren:

Joseph Rowse, Jeromy and Amber Rowse and their son, Zayne
Ed and Cheryl Durre, Blue Springs, MO, and their son,
Tyler Durre
Peggy Durre, Seward and her daughter,
Autumn and Chris Kirsch and their son, Ezra Jimmie
Robert and Sharon Durre, Seward and their children,
Ashley and Tim Wardell and their daughters, Ayvah and Elsah
Jennifer and Joe Brauneis and their children, Brayden, Kalli, and Aubree
Jason Durre and Justin Durre
Don and Deb Durre, Lincoln and their two daughters,
Donley Durre and son, Rylan
Dana and Peter Hantack and their daughter, Genevieve
Frances will forever live on in the hearts and minds of her children and their children. Frances will always be remembered as a gentle spirit, kind soul and a person dedicated to serving and comforting those around her.
