On May 19, 1962, Frank was united in marriage to Marion Ruth Haas at the First Presbyterian Church in Rolla, Missouri. Frank and Marion spent their first year of marriage in Germany. Their marriage was blessed with two daughters, Carla and Mary. Frank was a Plant Breeder and Director of Research at the J.C. Robinson Seed Co. from 1974 until he retired in 2002. The family moved to Elkhorn, Nebraska, in 1976 and resided there for over 30 years. Marion and Frank moved to Seward, Nebraska, in November of 2009.
