Frostina ReNea Aguilera was born on October 30, 1974, in Grand Island, Nebraska to Raymond Schmidt and Hazel Dawdy and passed away on January 31, 2019 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 44 years, 3 months and 1 day.
Frostina grew up and attended school in Grand Island. She worked at Pump and Pantry in Grand Island for five years. Frostina later attended Central Community College. She married Isais Aguilera in Grand Island in 1997. She enjoyed watching movies, drawing and writing. She was very organized with her house. She especially loved being a mom and grandma.
Frostina was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Schmidt; her husband, Isais Aguilera (1998); son, Luis Antonio; grandson, Antonio Fernando.
Survivors include her three children, Rigoberto Schmidt, Roberto Schmidt, Jessica Aguilera, all of York; grandchildren, Raymond, Antonio and Isiah Schmidt and Zhavia Aguilera; mother, Hazel Wright, Plainview, NE; two sisters, Deborah Esquivel, Grand Island, Stacie (Isidro) Moreno, Pampa, TX; six nieces, one nephew, cousins and a host of friends.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Grand Island with Father Martin Egging celebrating Mass.
