Greg Busler

Gregory Robert Busler was born on May 10, 1957, in York, Nebraska to Robert and LaRene (Krupicka) Busler and passed away on March 5, 2026, in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 68 years, 9 months and 23 days.

Greg attended Columbus High School and graduated with the class of 1975. He was united in marriage to Sheri Avery on June 10, 1978, in Columbus, NE. To this union they welcomed three children Lance, Zach and Valerie. Greg worked at Hinky Dinky for numerous years and later worked for Russ’s Market in Columbus. He then worked for Dell Services as a mainframe analyst for fifteen years and worked part time at A Street Market in Lincoln as a manager.

Greg enjoyed playing pool in his pool league in Columbus. Greg stayed busy tinkering around and working in his wood shop. He loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren.

Greg is preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Johnathan Ryan; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Carl and Delores Avery; grandparents, Raymond and Maxine Busler, Charles and Anna Krupicka; cousin, Ricky Krupicka; nephew, Todd Jansen.

Survivors cherishing his memory include his wife, Sheri Busler; children and spouses, Lance (Christine) Anderson, Zach (Abby) Busler, Valerie (Josh) Robbins; grandchildren and spouses, Macy (George) Winters, Matthew Andelt, Hailey Andelt, Cade Anderson, Avery Anderson, Tristin (Bella) Busler, Noah Busler, Madelynn Busler, Taelor Robbins, Britian Robbins, Ryker Robbins; great-grandchildren, Landon Winters, Ila Winters; brother and sister-in-law, Brad (Donna) Busler; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
