Holly Ann Hostetler was born on February 10, 1952, in Seward, Nebraska to Burdette and Deloris (Stutzman) Boshart and passed away, surrounded by her family, on January 16, 2026, in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 73 years, 11 months and 6 days.

Holly grew up in Milford, Nebraska and attended Milford Schools, graduating with the Class of 1970. After high school she worked at Southeast Community College. On April 8, 1972, Holly married her high school sweetheart, Roger Hostetler, and to this union three sons were born: Chris, Michael, and Corey. The couple worked together on their farm and were partners in Pioneer seed for 40 years, and Roger could never figure out why the customers liked Holly better than him. They loved driving across the country visiting family and exploring new places, always taking the scenic route. They also cherished the simple joy of just being together. Holly's home was always filled with laughter, food, and warmth. Family and friends will always remember her chocolate cake and her Sunday dinners. Holly's family was the center of her life and her greatest joy. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother. After raising three rambunctious boys, Holly appreciated and loved her three daughters-in-law and later gained four beloved granddaughters who held a special place in her heart. Holly cherished every moment spent with loved ones, she created traditions and memories that will be carried on. Holly grew up attending Beth-El Mennonite Church where she accepted Christ as savior and was baptized. She later became an active member at Bellwood Mennonite Church with Roger.

Holly is preceded in death by her parents and parents-in-law, Eldon and Eileen Hostetler.

Survivors cherishing her memory include her husband of 53 years, Roger Hostetler, Milford; sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Jessica Hostetler, Overland Park, KS, Michael and Krista Hostetler, Milford, Corey and Valerie Hostetler, Tucson, AZ; granddaughters, Rachel, Elizabeth, Clarah and Rubie; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat and Lynn Hostetler, Carla and Don Yeackley, Pam and Van Wurst; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Shari Boshart; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Bonnie Hostetler, Marcia and Rex VanAndel; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
