Jackie G. (Evetts) Menke was born November 25, 1946 in Bakersfield, California to George and Roberta Ellen (Watkins) Evetts and passed away in Washington, Missouri on May 7, 2006 at the age of 59 years, 5 months, 12 days. Jackie was a graduate of Tulare Union High School in California and also attended College of the Sequoias and Fresno State University. Jackie and her daughter, Robbi moved to the Seward, Nebraska area in 2001. Jackie was employed as a payroll clerk with Concordia University in Seward. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Seward and was the leader for Weight Watchers. Most recently Jackie was residing in Washington, Missouri with her daughter and son-in-law. J Jackie was preceded in death by her father, George Evetts; grandparents, H.P. and Kate Evetts and Jack and Lucille Watkins. Jackie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Robbi and Samuel Eckman of Washington, Missouri; her mother, Roberta Evetts of Woodburn, Oregon; her sister and brother-in-law, Terry and Roger Popp of Woodburn, Oregon; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
