Jeffrey Scott Rempel was born June 26, 1964 in Henderson, Nebraska to William John and Patsy Ruth (Pinneo) Rempel and passed away on May 23, 2010 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 45 years, 10 months, 27 days. Jeff attended Seward High School and was a graduate of the surveying program at Southeast Community College Milford, Nebraska. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. Jeff enjoyed fishing, hunting, sports, and being outdoors. He particularly enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, William J. "Bill" Rempel in 2007; uncles, Donald and Arlin Pinneo, Robert Rempel and Max Gray; aunts, Joanne Jandrew and Betty Wren. Jeff is survived by his mother, Patsy Rempel, Seward; his brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Teresa Rempel, Greeley, CO; his sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Daniel Block, Greeley, CO; nieces and nephews, Amy and Travis Pollak, Casey and Jenna Rempel, Shaun and Cori Rempel; 10 great-nieces and great-nephews; aunts and uncles, Ann Rempel, Mae Gray, Linda Duell, Barbara Matlock, all of York, Nona Pinneo of Lake Forrest, CA, Pete Wren, Utica; other relatives and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers, and memories of life shared with Jeff. |
