IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jenny
White
September 18, 1974 – January 20, 2024
Jennifer Lynn White was born on September 18, 1974, in Seward, Nebraska to Darrell L. and Rita M. (Timoney) Shipley and passed away peacefully on January 20, 2024, with her family by her side, at the Butler County Health Center at the age of 49 years, 4 months and 2 days.
Jenny grew up in Ulysses and attended school in Ulysses and Staplehurst. She graduated from Aquinas Catholic High School with the Class of 1992. Jenny then went on to SCC and graduated with her associate degree in human resources. She began working at Region V and dedicated herself there for 13 years, contributing her skills and compassion to the community. Her vibrant spirit extended to various roles, including waitressing and delivering newspapers. She enjoyed volunteering in the library at Aquinas Catholic School and eventually became the school's head cook, a position orchestrated by Father Timmerman.
Jenny was enthusiastic and known as the loudest supporter at Aquinas sporting events. She always had an inspirational quote or saying every day in the cafeteria. A true Nebraska sports enthusiast, she especially enjoyed volleyball, football, and baseball.

Jenny also enjoyed decorating for every holiday. She loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren.
