Judy A. Brigham Manhas was born April 6, 1948, in Seward, Nebraska to Byron and Geraldine (Ahrens) Brigham and passed away February 9, 2018 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 69 years, 10 months, and 3 days. Judy devoted her life to helping and serving others from her work with the state as a Social Worker to supporting organizations like Make-A-Wish Foundation. She had a positive outlook and saw the best in others. Her greatest desire was to make a difference. Judy was a 1966 graduate of Utica High School, an honorary member of Seward High School class of 1966, and received her Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Judy was a longtime member of St. John Lutheran Church, Seward and for many years found delight in owning the Tea Party Place in Seward.

Judy is survived by her beloved husband, Rami, Seward; two sons; Erich (Cynthia) Neujahr, Severn, MD and Ben (Meg)Neujahr, North Tustin, CA. She was the proud grandmother of two grandchildren, Byron and Noel. She also leaves behind her parents, Byron and Geraldine Brigham, Seward and sister, Jean, Lincoln as well as a host of caring relatives and friends.
