Karen Sue (Bigham) Schneider was born January 26, 1943 in Marysville, Kansas to Orville and Florabelle (Stoner) Bigham and passed away on August 11, 2011 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 68 years, 6 months, 16 days. Karen attended school in Marysville, Kansas. She was a waitress and also the owner of a delivery business for prescription medications. Karen was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Milford. Karen is preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Walter Bierbaum and Carl Springer; son, Roger Bierbaum; and a granddaughter, Dani Grinnell. Karen is survived by her children and their spouses, Ron Bierbaum, Lincoln, Rhonda and Eugene Jensen, Seward, Robert and Melody Bierbaum, Sheffield, PA, Randy and Jill Bierbaum, Seward; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Mary Zordel, Lincoln and Nola Hlvac, Lincoln; sisters and brother-in-law, Pat and David Bierbaum, Dalhart, TX, Shirley Cowell, Marysville, KS; brothers and sister-in-law, Mert and Jeanette Bigham, Topeka, KS, Jerry Bigham, Milford; brother-in-law, Bud Bundy, Topeka, KS; and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers, and memories of life shared with Karen. |
