Kenneth Roy Rieger was born on October 4, 1959 to Richard Allan and LaDean May (Pleines) Rieger in Seward and passed away unexpectedly on October 21, 2017 in Sanger, Texas at the age of 58 years and 17 days.

Kenneth was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Utica. He attended Centennial School where he graduated with the Class of 1977. Kenneth had been driving a truck in the Sanger, Texas area for many years.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Esther (Rurup) Rieger and John and Irene (Banzhaf) Pleines.

Survivors include his parents, Richard and LaDean Rieger, Utica; two brothers Mike Rieger and wife Cindy, Edgar; Chris Rieger and wife Tammi, Utica; sister Jolene and husband Mike Franks, Utica; seven nephews and nieces; four great nieces and fiancé Connie Rayman, Sanger, TX.

Visitation will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Zabka Funeral Home, Seward. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 3, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Utica with Pastor Jon Dunbar officiating. Services will conclude at the church.
