Lillian "Irene" Gembler was born June 3, 1944 in Nelson, Nebraska to Andrew and Marie Anna (Mueller) Gembler and passed away May 2, 2010 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 65 years, 10 months and 29 days. She was a graduate of Nelson High School. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Gembler in July of 1990 and her mother, Marie Gembler in May of 1976; and a sister, Rosa Onken in December of 1990. Left to Cherish her memory are her cousin, Shirley Whitney of Lincoln, Nebraska; longtime friend, Bill Dodds of Lincoln, Nebraska; brother-in-law, Duane Onken of Aurora, Nebraska; and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of a life shared with Irene. |
