Louis Francis Strizek, Jr. was born November 28, 1933 in Valparaiso, Nebraska to Louis Francis and Blanche (Hromas)Strizek and passed away on May 5, 2010 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 76 years, 5 months and 7 days. He was a graduate of Garland High School. Louis is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of Valparaiso American Legion, Burlington Northern Local Union 471 and Burlington Veterans. He was a Burlington Northern Employee for over 40 years. Louis is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Josephine (Martin)Strizek; brother-in-law, Edward Matulka. Left to cherish his memory are his sisters and brothers-in-law, Wilma Matulka of Valparaiso, NE, Sister Ann Strizek of Blue Springs, MO, Georgiann "Jan" and Bill Divis of Valparaiso, NE; brothers and sister-in-law, James Strizek of Valparaiso, NE, Harvey and Nancy Strizek of Davey, NE, John and Kristi Strizek of Lincoln; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Wieggi. |
