Ruth Louise Foster was born December 19, 1915 in Seward, Nebraska to Allison Horton and Dorothy Alwilda (Mungle) Foster and passed away in Lincoln, Nebraska on December 22, 2007 at the age of 92 years, 3 days. Louise attended school through the 5th grade in Seward and then moved with her family to Lawton, Oklahoma where she was a 1933 graduate of Lawton High School. She worked for 6 years in the Seward County Clerk's Office and then moved to Lincoln. She worked from 1943 through 1983 with the Nebraska State Department of Health in the Accounting Division. Louise retired from her position with the State in 1983 and continued to live in Lincoln with her sister, Ann Foster. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Allison and Dorothy Foster; her brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Arminta Foster; her sister, Ann Foster; her niece, Dorothy Kay Foster; her aunt, Helen Schultz and many cousins. Louise is survived by her loving cousins and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of life shared with Louise. |
