Lucille Hauder was born July 18, 1913 at Utica, Nebraska to Wilbur Oliver and Lillie Addie (Shirley) Wright and passed away in Omaha, Nebraska on May 14, 2007 at the age of 93 years, 9 months, 27 days. Lucille attended school at Utica, Nebraska and was a 1932 graduate of Utica High School. She was united in marriage to Wilbur LaVernis Hauder on February 9, 1943 at the Seward United Methodist Parsonage in Seward, Nebraska. This union was blessed with one daughter, Linda. The couple lived all of their married life in Seward. Lucille was an active member of the Seward United Methodist Church and Royal Neighbors. She was a homemaker and was employed for many years at Kroeger Shoe Store in Seward. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Lillie Wright; her husband, Wilbur Hauder in 1982; brothers, Clifford Eugene Wright and Thomas Wilbur Wright. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Newhouse of Omaha; her sister and brother-in-law, Eugenia Jeannie and Robert Jeary of Seward; her sister-in-law, Bernece Wright of Seward; aunt, Barbara Beck of Lincoln; two nephews, and their spouses, Roger and Janet Wright of Omaha and Clark and Nancy Jeary of Gretna; two nieces, Beth Eberspacher of Lincoln and Pam and her husband, Rick McConnell of Seward; 15 great nieces and nephews and three great-great-nieces; other relatives and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of life shared with Lucille. |
