Obituary
Born June 30th, 1947, in Hartington, NE, to LaVonne and James Orr, she grew up in Lincoln, NE, graduating from Lincoln Northeast High School in 1965. On December 4th, 1965, Lynn married Gerald Allen McAulay, Jr., and moved to Emporium, PA, where they raised their family. Lynn was a lifelong member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary and the Seward United Methodist Church.
Lynn is survived by her children and grandchildren, son Jim, fiancé Terry Niedfeldt, and his children, Connor and Miranda McAulay, daughter, Theresa, and her children, Allese and Matthew McAulay, son, Ron and his wife Annie and their children, Michael, Kaitlynn, Ronnie and Liam McAulay, her mother and step father LaVonne Orr-Meyerott and Vernon Meyerott, brother and sister-in-law Ron and Diane Orr, sister Retha Saathoff, sisters and brother-in-laws Lori and Gary Blum and Mary and Steve Hetrick, step brother and sister-in-law Alan and Karen Meyerott, nieces and nephews.
Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; father, Jim Orr and niece, Amanda Schreiner.
Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8th, at the Seward United Methodist Church with Pastor Robert Henre officiating. Zabka Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorials to the McAulay family for future designations.
