Marguerite (Madison) Graff was born August 23, 1915 on a farm in Seward County, Nebraska, the daughter of Bertha (Wussler) and Martin Madison and passed away on March 30, 2012 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 96 years, 7 months, 7 days. Marge was a 1933 graduate of Goehner High School. On September 14, 1941, Marge was united in marriage to Harold Frederick Graff and the couple spent all of their married life in Goehner. Harold passed away April 30, 1979 and Marge moved to Seward in the early 1980's. Marge enjoyed being with her family and friends. Her hobbies were knitting, needlepoint, and playing cards until her eyesight prevented her from continuing those hobbies. Marge was a lifelong member of Friedens United Church of Christ in Goehner. Marge is preceded in death by her parents, Bertha and Martin Madison; her husband, Harold Graff; two brothers, Clifford Stanley Madison and F. Lee Madison and two sisters, Bernidene Eberspacher and Velma Zillig. Marge is survived by her nephew and wife, Stanley and Shirley Eberspacher of Grand Island and her niece and husband, Jolene and Gordon Wiegardt of Seward; four grand nephews, one grand niece; six great grand nieces and two great grand nephews and a host of friends.
