Mary Louise Svoboda was born August 13, 1917 in Butler County, Nebraska to John Joseph and Mary Josephine (Bartunek) Svoboda and passed away on November 13, 2005 in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 88 years, 3 months. Mary attended country school in Butler County School District No. 57. Mary lived on the family farm near Appleton, Nebraska where she was a member of Assumption Catholic Church. In 1976, Mary moved to Seward and became a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Svoboda; her brothers, Victor and William Svoboda; her brother-in-law, Hubert T. Hain and her sister-in-law, Eleanor Svoboda. Mary is survived by her sister, Ann M. Hain, Seward; eight nieces and nephews, Mary Ann Schwaderer, Theresa Mills, Brenda Hain, Nancy Hunzeker, Phylis Brunken, Vicki Becker, Randy Hain, and Ken Hain and their families and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of life shared with Mary. |
