Matthew D. Lichty was born on October 29, 1957 to Howard Dean and Jeannine "Judy (King) Lichty in Lincoln, Nebraska and passed away on December 30, 2014 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 57 years, 2 months, and 1 day. Matt attended school in Lincoln and was a 1976 graduate of Lincoln Northeast High School. He attended Lincoln School of Commerce. For several years, Matt was a sales representative for Sand Hills Publishing in Lincoln. Matt is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Cecilia Lichty, Seward; his son, Tyler Andrew Lichty, Seward; his granddaughter, Milayna Elizabeth Morenzoni; his former spouse, Diane Lichty, Seward; a brother, James Lichty, Lincoln; a sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Bill Hussey, Nashville, TN; a niece, Jennifer and her husband Eric Williams; nephews, Jeff and his wife Alexis Hussey and Jason Hussey; great nephews and great nieces; other relatives and many loving friends. Matt was preceded in death by his father, Howard Lichty in 1977 and his mother, Judy Lichty in 2011.
