2:00 to 8:30 P.M. Friday, May 28, 2010 at Zabka Funeral Home with family greeting friends 6:30 to 8:00 P.M. and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Maxine Delight Kilzer was born February 11, 1917 in Seward County Nebraska to George Samuel and Velma Wissie (Kinkade) Bartholomew and passed away in Omaha, Nebraska on May 26, 2010 at the age of 93 years, 3 months and 15 days. Maxine attended Tamora Grade School and was a 1934 graduate of Tamora High School. She was united in marriage to Homer Milton Kilzer on October 24, 1937. The couple lived in Shenandoah, Iowa and Columbus, Nebraska before moving to Omaha in 1959, where they lived for the rest of their married life.

Maxine is preceeded in death by her husband, Homer Kilzer in May of 1995; son, Randy Kilzer in February of 1998; daughter-in-law, Denise Kilzer; sister, Marjorie Dierberger; and brother-in-law, Lloyd Dierberger.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Ronald Kilzer of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Dolores Bartholomew of Seward, Nebraska; and several nieces and nephews. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of a life shared with Maxine.
