Eleanorah Jean Olivia "Norah" Neff was born on January 31, 2008, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Ryan Neff and Jessica (Guthmiller) Anthony and passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 13 years, 11 months, and 22 days.

Norah grew up in Lincoln until she moved to Goehner, Nebraska in 2019. She attended Mickle Middle School in Lincoln and transferred to Seward Middle School in October of 2021. Norah loved planning her daily outfit, playing her PlayStation or Nintendo Switch, and experimenting with her hair and makeup. She loved giving her Sissy rides on the go-kart and golf cart. She also enjoyed shopping trips with her mom and grandma, dancing, and listening to music. She was always ready for a trip to Starbucks or Sonic. Norah was a social butterfly and was always talking. She was known for having two volumes, loud and louder. Norah was her Dad's Warrior Princess and her Mom's sunshine. She was always so strong, independent, sassy, and feisty. Norah was a great sister, and she loved her brother and sister very much.

Norah was preceded in death by her grandfather, Andrew Fleming.
