Norma Elaine King of Seward, widow of George, passed away on October 30, 2010 at Ridgewood Care Center in Seward. Norma was born on May 16, 1921 to the late Albert and Helen (Campbell) Hogue at Wymore, Nebraska and graduated from Hebron High School in 1938. She moved with her family to Seward in 1940. She married George H. King on August 18, 1941 in Valentine, Nebraska. Norma had one sister, Carol Jean Langner who passed away in 2008. Norma was a 50 year+ member of the Seward United Methodist Church. Norma worked at Ivan Blevens Attorney Office for many years. She owned her own abstract business in Seward and worked part-time in the student teaching office at Concordia University. Norma loved to do needlepoint and enjoyed camping in their trailer on weekends in the Garland Hills, Estes Park, Colorado and Arizona. Norma enjoyed spending time with her family and her three dogs, Princess, Penny and Buddy. Norma is survived by her brothers-in-law and their wives and many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
