Norma Charlene (Green) Wiemer was born December 16, 1923 in Sedalia, Missouri to Dan P. and Nellie Green and passed away in Milford, Nebraska on May 26, 2009 at the age of 85 years, 5 months, 10 days. Charlene was married to William Wiemer on February 26, 1952. Charlene was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Waco, Nebraska and was a longtime cook at Hunter's Lounge in Waco. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Dan P. and Nellie Green; her husband, William A. Wiemer in April of 1999, and an infant daughter, Cheryl. Charlene is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Norman and Betty Shipps of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela and James Sund of Missoula, Montana and Deborah and Dave Geis of Malcolm; three grandchildren, Marty Shipps, Marcella Patton and Charlene Shipps; six great-grandchildren, Heather, Christian, Michael, Elizabeth, Dakota and Nicholas; and a great-granddaughter, Lillian and a host of friends. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of life shared with Charlene. |
