Oakland J Oburu was born November 14 ^th , 2016, in Lincoln to Jordyn Hoebelheinrich. He left this world and his family on Friday, March 15 ^th , 2019 to be with God.  He had a smile that would melt anyone's heart.  He was a very loving little boy and his family's world.  Oakland had a natural way of stealing everyone's heart.  He always wanted to know where "Uncle, Grandpa, Stedman, and Kai" were at.  He was the best big brother to LJ, always giving him kisses and chatting to him.  He was his mommy's big boy, Mimi and Grandpa's world, Uncles' best buddy, and Nana's lil angel.  He loved taking selfies with his mommy.  He loved playing with his uncles, Creighton and Stedman. He and Creighton would horse around for hours laughing and giggling.

Left to cherish his memories are his mommy, Jordyn; his little brother, LJ; his grandparents, Jen and Chad Hoebelheinrich of York; his uncle, Creighton Hoebelheinrich; great-grandparents, Jackie and Joseph Moore of York and Rosanne and the late James Hoebelheinrich of Crofton; great aunts and uncles; cousins; special friends, Shannon and Sofia of Seward. Family from afar are grandpa, Brett Smith; son, Logan; special friend, Linette; great-grandparents, Susan and Burton Bates, Bruce and Dee Smith, and AJ, Coleen and Hunter Smith; Fred Oburu.
