Randy Reinhold Mueller was born August 16, 1958 in Seward, Nebraska to Werner Horst and Leona Jean (Schellhorn) Mueller and passed away in Lincoln, Nebraska on May 22, 2011 at the age of 52 years, 9 months, 6 days. Randy was baptized on September 7, 1958 and confirmed on May 7, 1972; both at St. John Lutheran Church in Seward. He attended St. John Lutheran School and was a 1976 graduate of Seward High School. On May 2, 1980, Randy was united in marriage to Cheryl Marie Pallat at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church in Seward. Their marriage was blessed with three children, Justin, Brandon and Lindsay. Randy was employed with Metromail in Seward for 20 years and was currently employed with the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Randy is preceded in death by his father, Werner H. Mueller in 1974; his step brother Edward Svoboda, Jr.; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ernest and Vlasta Pallat. Randy is survived by his wife, Cheryl Mueller of Seward; sons and daughter-in-law, Justin and Janelle Mueller of Lincoln, Brandon Mueller of Omaha; daughter and fianc, Lindsay Mueller and Joshua Mobley of Seward; grandchildren, Scout and Sterling Mueller and soon to be born, Alexander Randy Mobley; mother and step father, Leona and Edward Svoboda of Seward; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dan and Marie Pallat of Ulysses; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Georgia Therrien of Lincoln, Donna and Dennis Haberstich of Lincoln, Mary and Lloyd Marlatt of Omaha; step-brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Sarah Svoboda of Graham, MO; step-sisters and brothers-in-law, Annette and Jim Boeche of Memphis, TN, Rose and Jim Harnly of Seward; step sister-in-law, Diane Svoboda of Seward; many nieces and nephews.
