Rita Rasperger, 91, of Falls City, NE (formerly of Fremont, NE) passed away February 1, 2015 at Falls City. She was born April 3, 1923 at Tamora, NE to the late Thomas and Mary (Osentowski) Mullally. She married Donald Daake and they were later divorced. She married Rudy Rasperger and they were later divorced. Rita was raised in Seward, NE and graduated from Seward High School in 1941 and then attended University of Nebraska and studied music. She worked as a bookkeeper in Lincoln for Ben Simon's and then owned Ritz-A-Ru Health Studio. She then moved to Kansas City and worked as a bookkeeper for Goodwill Industries for many years. Following her retirement she moved to Fremont, NE and then to Falls City when her health failed. Rita is survived by her sons, Gary Daake and his wife Carol of Omaha, NE, Rod Daake and his wife Monica of Fort Worth, TX, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Grant and Patrick Mullally. Her funeral will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Zabka Funeral Home, 410 Jackson Ave, Seward, NE. Interment will be in Seward Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at Zabka Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday at 7:30 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
