Robert Arthur Mueller was born November 5, 1926 in Brule, Nebraska, the son of William Ernest and Helen Marie (Peterson) Mueller and passed away in Seward, Nebraska on March 30, 2017 at the age of 90 years, 4 months, 22 days. Robert was a 1944 graduate of Brule High School. Robert served his country in the U.S. Army.  On February 4, 1952, Robert was united in marriage to Inez A. Harms and their marriage was blessed with one daughter, Arliss. They lived in the Brule area until 1955 and then moved to Ogallala. Robert was a farmer all of his life.  Inez passed away in 1999. Robert was married to Wanda Jacobson Buske in 2002 and she passed away in 2010. Robert moved to Seward in 2013.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Inez; wife Wanda; two brothers, Dale Mueller and Jack "OD" Mueller.

Survivors cherishing Robert's memory include his daughter and son-in-law, Arliss and Randy Hraban, Dwight; grandchildren, Sara and Brent Hopkins, Rogers, NE, Clinton and Crystal Hraban, Lincoln, Kent and Nikki Hraban, Bellevue; seven great-grandchildren. Additional survivors are his stepchildren, Brad Buske, Folsom, CA, Marco Buske, Severance, CO, Cynthia Almquist, Bayard, NE.
