Suzan Kay (Mueller) Policky was born September 1, 1967 in Seward, Nebraska to Vernon Lee and Georgia E. (Ross) Mueller and passed away on April 4, 2012 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 44 years, 7 months, 3 days. Suzan was a 1985 graduate of Seward High School. Suzan attended college in South Dakota for four years and was employed for 18 years with Lancaster County Mental Health in Lincoln. Suzan was united in marriage to James Donald Policky on May 31, 2008 in Seward. Suzan was a loving wife and mother. Survivors who will cherish Suzan's memory include her husband, James Policky of Seward; daughters, Hanna Fitzgerald of Lincoln and her boyfriend, Ryan Thomas, Kate Fitzgerald of Seward and Savannah Policky of Seward; her mother, Georgia Mueller of Seward; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Rhonda Mueller, Seward, Paul and Sandy Mueller, Seward, Rick and Rosemary Mueller, Atlanta, Georgia, Sharon Mueller, Seward; sister and brother-in-law, Lynn and Randy Folkerts, Seward; father-in-law, Wayne Clover, Ulysses; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Suzan is preceded in death by her father, Vernon Mueller; brother, Mark Mueller and niece, Lisa A. Folkerts. To this obituary we add our thoughts, prayers and memories of life shared with Suzan.
