Tom Kovar

Thomas L. Kovar was born on June 16, 1959, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Victor and Annabelle (Rohe) Kovar and passed away on April 8, 2026, in Lincoln, Nebraska at the age of 66 years, 9 months and 23 days.

Growing up, Tom attended grade school at Westside in Norfolk, NE and then attended Northeast High School in Lincoln, NE graduating with the class of 1978. During his life he worked for Dobson Brothers Construction, The City of Lincoln and Burlington Northern Santa Fe. Tom enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Mark Kovar.

Survivors cherishing his memory include his siblings and spouses, Steve (Paula) Kovar, Teresa (Mitch) Forst, Jim Kovar, Tim Kovar, Kristen (Nate) Rico; nieces and nephews, Lisa, Jenny, Aubrey, Ashley, Adam. Cejay, Brooklyn; great-nieces and great-nephews, Tucker, Piper, Addie, Millie, Irwin, Henry, Van, Bryson, Keadyn, Ellie, Jaxxon.
